How does this work?
Prior to our in-person consulting session I give you some brainstorming prompts for you to respond to. No throwing this into an LLM because I will ask you how you came to your responses.
You mail me the responses. Yes, mail. This is a practice in slowing down and not treating efficiency as the only goal in running a functioning organization.
I will create a handwritten roadmap that we are going to following during our consulting session. It will be legible I promise.
The day of our in-person consulting session, I will use the roadmap to lead the conversation. I require that all laptops, smartphones, tablets and any other digital technology be left outside of the conversation. We are going to handwrite notes, doodles, noodlings, discoveries, ideas, and solutions. This is better for our brains.
I will give you a post-consulting session report (yes, this will be emailed. I am not a complete luddite).
