workshops start at $1499 for a minimum two-hour session + $250 for each additional hour
Sampling of how this works:
organization-specific preparation and coordination.
a prompt is introduced. this could be an idea, issue, problem, solution, etc.
you take your writing utensil (could be a crayon) and you write, doodle, draw, sketch, chart, or venn-diagram (really this is open-ended) to address or answer the prompt.
i guide your team through a facilitated conversation tying back to the prompt but without being attached to a particular outcome.
there is an assigned notetaker who captures the best tidbits of the conversation.
each team member is also encouraged to capture the conversation in their own way (but remember no digital technology allowed).
here is where the magic happens. we take the prompt and the outputs to create meaningful actions that can be assigned to particular team members. these discussions just don’t live as abstracts or “maybe some day soon” concepts.
