how does this work?

1. i pop a cassette tape into the boombox (feel free to bring your own if you want).

2. a prompt is introduced. this could be an idea, issue, problem, solution, etc.

3. you take your writing utensil (hopefully a crayon) and you write, doodle, draw, sketch, chart, or venn-diagram (really this is open-ended) to address or answer the prompt.

4. i guide your team through a facilitated conversation tying back to the prompt but without being attached to a particular outcome.
